1. The side and front deck snow removal will be a shared responsibility among tenants and should be coordinated to ensure equal participation. 2. No Smoking/Vaping and/or Drug use anywhere on the property. 3. Tenants will maintain the property in the same condition that they received it in. When tenants move out if there are repairs or heavy cleaning a commiserate fee will be deducted from their security deposit. 4.
