Looking for a person/couple to take over my lease, I am moving down South with my fiance. Hookups for Cable TV already installed. 1 full bathroom with a tub and shower, tile floors, two mirrors and a large medicine cabinet with space for storage. This cozy house is located on Cherry Street in Windsor VT, it has a large back porch with a clothesline for hanging clothes, and a small backyard that extends slightly around one side. Neighbors are quiet and nice, no one is nosy or rude! Landlords are a very nice, quiet old elderly couple that live in Florida most of the year, when they are up here they keep to themselves. $1,100 a month that INCLUDES snow removal, lawn care, heat and electricity. Save a bunch on your winter bills!! Trash is picked up weekly in front of the house, and recycling is collected twice a month, very easy system.
