I further agree that in good faith, that I agree to immediately cease and assist and if I refuse to remedy the matter in the time given in the written presentment I agree to then remove myself and my belongings from said property in accordance with the tenant's terms being a 2 week notice to vacate even in the event that I knowingly and without good reason fail to inform or make lessee or owner aware of any pre condition or circumstance that's subject or prone to violate any written or non written terms set in my living arrangement. Please note that there are no refunds made for any deposits due to applicant deciding against taking occupancy for any reason as it is a financial loss to the tenant who is holding up advertising and preventing proceedings with other prospective roommates. Your guests are your responsibility any unauthorized guest (sec4.b) of lease is a violation of the terms of this agreement. Any approved Overnight/Extended guest should relinquish their identification, read and observe the terms of this agreement in its entirety or Occupant will be found in violation for any breach in the terms of this instrument caused by that guest.
