Open House Saturday, May, 21st 10am - 1pm. This is a 12-month lease with the option to renew. Renter pays utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, etc.) and is responsible for reasonable yard maintenance, ie. mowing the grass. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. There are 2 off-street parking spots. Small dogs and cats are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.
