The Apartment is adjacent to our home which has a beautiful in-ground pool, small hot tub, and relaxing outdoor living space. This outdoor area is shared with us (family of 4 including two children). It can be used by tenants under rules and restrictions and at our discretion. The outdoor area could be rented for tenants private use some days via a signed daily rental agreement and fee, under rules and restrictions and at our discretion. Shared outdoor living spaces can be denied to tenants if rules and restrictions are not followed.
