I am moving to a different city, so I am looking for someone to fill my lease from January until August. My current roommate (the other person you would be living with) is extremely nice and clean. rent is reasonable: $847.50 a month per person, and the security deposit is $1,087.50. utilities not included. The space is owned by Boulder Property Management, and they will charge you separately for Trash, Water, and Electricity (usually no more than $100 per person if you split them evenly). Energy and Wifi are services that you'll have to set up on your own. the property management company charges the tenants for water, trash, and electric. Wifi and Energy are set up by the tenants.
