Application Process Criteria: 696 credit score ; no criminal history ; no prior evictions ; net 3x monthly rent However, we are often willing to work with different situations and scenarios on a case-by-case basis. We charge a non-refundable $145.00 application fee ($45 per applicant background check + $100 administrative costs). We ask for a $300 security deposit to hold a unit. It is refundable if applicant does not meet application requirements, and goes toward security deposit if applicant is accepted. Lease Details 6-month and 1-year leases are available. We provide the option to go month-to-month upon completing your lease for an extra $25 per month. Security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent (minus $300 used to hold the unit) and is due at signing along with 1st month's rent.
