To the right is the kitchen boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The dining table seats six guests and there are two additional bar chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area offering two swivel, glider, recliners. A leather sofa and a large chair. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Perdido Key has to offer. Off of the living room is the Primary Suite that includes a King bed, smart TV, shower and jetted tub. The Primary suite has its own private entrance to the balcony. The balcony has seating for eight and has spectacular water views with frequent sights of pods of dolphins jumping out of the water. Enjoy watching the boats leaving for their adventures in the morning. THINGS TO KNOW. This building is equipped with an elevator. No pets are allowed. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit.
