The square footage of that property is 3,364 (571 LESS SQUARE FEET THAN OURS) and their lot is 14,476. (3,419 LESS SQUARE FEET THAN OURS) 4beds+4 baths (½ BATHROOM LESS) Why is our home estimated to be worth $4,074,900 and theirs at $4,707,600? Could you please correct your numbers, they really are incorrect. It seems to me that it should be the other way around.
