The basement has one bedroom and another bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are located in the basement bathroom closet. Single stall attached garage with two additional parking spots in driveway. The house has permenant vinyl siding and relatively new furnace, roof and AC unit. The house is very efficient and easy to take care of. I have lived there for fourteen years, but it is time for me to move on. A lot of good memories in that house and friends in that neighborhood. I want somebody that will take care of it as good as I did, and plan on continuing to do. No smoking or pets. I don't care if you smoke outside just please respect the house and keep the yard maintained. The neighborhoods are great and are all my friends so please represent me well! One year minimum lease required and you are responsible for putting the utilities (OPPD / MUD / TRASH PICK UP) in your name and keeping your payments current. The full deposit will be returned at the end of the lease contingent on the condition of the house when you move out.
