Quiet residential neighborhood. It is on the second floor in a house with two units. There is a beautiful porch. Front yard, backyard, and a spacious private parking lot. Kitchen with refrigerator and stove, spacious bathroom, and large living room. Utilities include heat, hot water, electricity, water, and sewer. The landlord is taking care of landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance. It is two-bedroom apartment, but I prefer a professional female who is willing to share with me. I only stay one or two nights each week once the fall semester starts. One bedroom is at the very left end and the other room is at the right end, which are separated by the kitchen and living room.
