To be transparent this is a quiet building so if your animal barks when someone enters the building other than in brief instances this would not be a good fit. The fenced in yard is ideal but if your dog annoys the tenants who share the yard with you and if you are not diligent about removing pet waste this would not be a good fit. One year lease, November 1st lease start date but flexibility to start the lease on 12/01/24. One month's security deposit required. 1st month's rent due before move in date.
