Prefer renting to 1-2 adults or a couple with 1 child. Central air and heat, with gas logs in den. House is clean, recent tile in bath. Not updated with a lot of modern amenities if that's what you are after (e.g., no dishwasher). We consider pets although these listings seems to indicate that we do not. Prefer 1-year lease. Prefer no pets, but will consider your situation ($400 pet deposit required). Require electronic rent payments, such as Venmo or Paypal (so you need a linked bank account).
