Currently available two months 1/20/26 to 3/19/26. All utilities included, with the exception of a cap on heating expenses. (Renter is expected to be thoughtful about heating the house.) This includes electricity, water, propane and fuel oil. This also includes plowing and yard maintenance. The renter is responsible for snow shoveling around the house. No other fees except application and deposit. This is a no smoking property.
