I have a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom on the first floor available right off E470/North Parkway in Broomfield. The owner occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor.
To be included in this space is a fridge for your use in the garage. The garage will be shared with owners' vehicles and gear. Garage space not included.
The 2nd and 3rd floors are primarily for the owner and his girlfriend. We are both hardworking professionals that value our privacy, so we are looking for a tenant who has the same vibe.
You will have access to the washer and dryer on the 3rd floor, and the rooftop deck on the 4th, which gives you amazing views of the flatirons and Longs Peak. The overall expectation of this rental is that the 2nd and 3rd floors are for the use of the owner and his girlfriend outside the areas listed above.
We are open to sharing the kitchen with someone who does not cook much. We are looking for a tenant who will not have high kitchen needs and doesn't really cook and primarily does take out, etc.
No smoking within the home.
About the location:
You're just a 10-minute drive from Boulder and 25 minutes from the Denver. Right by E-470 and Highway 36, you will have the ability to take a $10 RTD bus to DIA in 25 minutes as well as get to Denver, Boulder, and other cities with ease. The front door of the home faces the area's open space and park. This new development is quiet and family and pet oriented. My neighbors at the Carolyn Holmberg preserve are bald eagles.
Who we would like to live with:
Climbers, dancers, musicians, snow shredders, sauna lovers, and tech people are especially welcome! No couples. No pets as there is a dog in this space a majority of the time (pictured). While the dog is pretty glued to us when home, he is friendly and will say hi and does have free roam of the house when we are gone, so we want someone who vibes well with dogs.
The photo is of me and my girlfriend. We are very active and love nature and outdoor sports such as climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, sauna, etc. The owner is also a DJ and we both dance, so he does practice music from time to time (during appropriate hours). Health and wellness focused. We will be happy to meet you and show you the space!
