We purchased the lodge for $425,000 at that time. And have put an additional $130,000 in improvements into the place over the past 9 years. Including a new foundation on the main lodge in 2014. We are asking $275,000, But will sell the place for $225,000 cash IF WE CAN CLOSE ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 30th. After that, the asking price will go back to $275,000.
