County Road all the way around the property. Mostly open grazing land, cross fenced for cattle. Once had good Coastal Bermuda and can be recovered in area with some TLC. Cultivation on the south end. The north has a slight hill with trees and a former homesite. The east side has thick trees and 2 stock tanks. Lots of wild game in the area even in the open pastures. Water supplied by Zephyr Water.
