This house has a large den (25x30) with two large closets. One of my favorite features is the central vacuum system. There is a downstairs bedroom just off the kitchen and next to a full bath. A small riding mower can cut the entire front and back in less than an hour. The entire backyard is about 1 acre fenced in for your children or furbabies. The other acre is the front and side yard which is mostly wooded. The house sits where the neighbor's houses on either side cannot be seen. It is a wonderful private lot that backs up to 65 acres of preserved woods, a Hickory/Oak Forest. The wildlife here is amazing to watch from the back porch.
