There is a beautiful backyard with furniture for bbq's and relaxing. There is parking in the back of the property. You pay for electric, and I pay for water, heat, property tax, and trash. On a personal note: I think I'm a pretty decent landlord. I have great references and mostly what I've invested in, I've held and improved for the long term. I am super picky about who I rent to.
