Private room on the first floor with a large spacious walk in custom closet (11x4). The closet includes a built in closet system and felt lined closet drawers and shelving for clothes, books, and other amenities. Additionally the room has custom built Cherry oak bookshelves 11x7 ( which can be used for books, clothes, nick knacks etc.). There is a lovely view of the backyards grass, Maple tree, pavers patio and flowers. You have a semi private bathroom with a tile slate shower and bench seat. There is a shared kitchen area and a shared back yard grilling area (with ample room for seating and or for studying or relaxing in the back yard). There is a jacuzzi located 15' from your bedroom entrance that you may also use. The entrance is through the garage parking space. To keep the space nice, clean and kept I would request that shoes be taken off when one enters. Thank you I would like to rent the space for 3 months (or the semester schedule at N.A.U./C.C.C.) and re check back in with each other after 3 months to see if it is a fit for both of us. If it is a fit we could do a longer duration lease if not that would be fine too. I am recently retired and go to bed around 9:00 to 9:30. I do not mind if a renter has a beer once in a while but it is a drug, and vaping free home. You would have 1/2 parking in the garage. You would also have full grilling and kitchen privileges (please clean up and put dishes away after each cooking and after each use). Additionally you would have full use of the laundry facilities. I ask all who enter too please take their shoes off when entering. We can discuss anything further or questions you may have upon renting the space.
