Living Spaces and Kitchen Robbin's Nest is a 2-level, 1,818 sf home. Both the living room and the family room each have a gas fireplace. All major appliances are included in the rental (no microwave). Enjoy peeks of Monterey Bay on clear days. Bedrooms and Bathrooms This home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have tub-over-shower combinations. Laundry room with washer and dryer are included in the rental. Off-street parking for 1 large or 2 small cars in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. A convenient 40-amp receptacle is on hand for charging an electric vehicle. EV owners should provide their own cord and adaptor as needed. One or two small (under 25lb) well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum. $4,800 per month and $4800 deposit and any applicable fees.
