With all of this to enjoy, you will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. The bright living room and dining space creates a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the smart TVs on nights in. The spacious kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook with ease. Relax inside or outside, grill out on the propane grill, take a stroll around the lovely neighborhood or a drive into historic downtown St. Augustine (just an hour away) for a day of active group fun. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun! THE SPACE: This wonderful home sleeps 7 in 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin-over Full Bunk Bed and 1 Queen Sofa bed. There is a pack n play for an infant/toddler to come along as well, however the space is not child-proofed. The kitchen is equipped to cook together for a great night in! The TVs are Firestick smart TVs with Live TV capability, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower for your ease. There is a washer/dryer set in the shed as well as iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. THE LAYOUT (2 bedroom/1 bath): Primary Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Second Bedroom has a Twin-over-Full size bunk bed set. There is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is located off the living area for easy access and has a walk in shower. AMENITIES: Dock with Kayaks. Covered and screened patio with seating and games. Propane grill. Outdoor dining area. Wood burning fire pit. Off street parking large enough for a boat trailer. Washer and dryer. Pack n play. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There are 4 parking spaces in our driveway. Please avoid parking on the street. LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 1 hour drive east is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss! SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.
