Upper Grey is a rare 1910 Historic Arts and Crafts style hunting lodge that speaks of a bygone era. The house is adorned by five fireplaces, the grandest of which are adorned with fieldstone and located in the formal dining room and the two-storied great room, which is the piece de resistance of the house, with ceiling heights soaring over twenty-two feet. The property is located in the Litchfield County backcountry in an area formerly known as the CT Berkshires and is completely private on nearly twenty acres.
