Modular home on wood foundation with roughly a 4' crawl space on a 1 acre lot. The garage is insulated but not finished. There is French doors where the slider used to be and is facing basically east. Outside the French doors is a 12' X 20' covered deck complete with full railing included on the stairs that go down each side. You can stand out on the deck and watch it rain, hail, sleet, and snow while you look out over the Williston basin. The deck is well built and is on concrete piers and will not rot. We had a big bay window put in where a window used to be by the French doors facing north. It measures 22" X 80". We also had a Whole house fan installed. Since we've had the house set and moved in we had a water softener, and filtered water system with a separate tap on the kitchen sink installed. Water to the fridge is also filtered. We also had a whole house humidifier installed in the heater duct. Also installed a small wall heater and added a larger exhaust fan in the master bathroom. There is a custom built shed out back anchored to a concrete slab. The Shed measures 12' X 20' equaling 240 sq. ft. floor space. The shed is about 8' high to the rafters. There is a RV type pig tail on the house with a switch for power outages. You can flip the switch and plug in your portable generator till the power comes back on. There is Also a separate RV Power panel and a gravel RV pad next to the garage. My 5th wheel is 35' long and fits fine. The driveway apron is extra large. It is concrete and measures 30' X30" (Est) with a concrete angled extension. The rest of the driveway is Class 5 gravel with 2" of asphalt grindings to the paved street (approx. 100'). The house is on it's own septic system. There is a seasonal creek that runs west to east on the northern property line.
