The home is recently remodeled with a large family room in the basement. Large backyard. Master bedroom and bath plus two additional bathrooms and 2.5 baths. Rent includes utilities and Google Fiber high speed internet. No pets or smoking allowed. Includes space for one car in the garage and more parking in the driveway. We are only zoned to rent to an individual or single family unit. We cannot rent to multiple non-related individuals.
