The available room is unfurnished, or can be furnished if you'd like, and you'll have your own full bathroom just outside the room. Utilities are included, and you'll have access to covered parking, plus great community amenities like a BBQ, pool and Jacuzzi. The beach is less than a mile away a super nice perk whether you're into morning walks or just want to unwind by the ocean. I do have a small, quiet cat so unfortunately, no additional pets. About me: I am a math teacher at a local private school. I am a positive, healthy, mellow man. I am from Hawaii and I recently moved back to San Diego in January. I treat my roommates with ultimate respect, give them their space, and am transparent. At the viewing, I would like for us to discus all matters of living together.
