I am renting ONE bedroom (the master bedroom) in a two-bedroom apartment; I live in the other room. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, huge private bathroom with double sinks and lots of cabinets. There is a patio off the bedroom. Laundry in the unit. Furnished living room with huge wide-screen TV and new couches. Furnished dining room. Roomy kitchen area with lots of cabinets. The complex has amazing amenities: 3 pools, jacuzzis, rock-climbing wall, awesome gym with multiple rooms, movie theatre, lounges, pool tables, dog park. The apartment comes with a parking spot in a covered garage. I will consider couples and single parents with a child but prefer one person. I will consider well-behaved pets. I work nights so seeking someone who works during the day so we will both have some privacy and alone time. That being said, prefer someone who does not work from home, but I am flexible. Mostly seeking someone honest, kind, polite, and respectful.
