Nature trails for hiking and snowshoeing are all around including the Appalachian/ Long Trail, Grout Pond, VAST trails for snowmobiling. It has a been a great snowy season. Come enjoy the peace and quiet by the fire in our house and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Vermont! The bottom unit is used by our caretaker who comes for a week at a time each month. It is separate with a separate entrance. Owner pays for water and snow plowing. Rent for 2 months (or lease dates negotiated and agreed upon) + security should be paid upfront.
