I am renting out my lovely four bedroom two bath house. The house will be ready for move in August. The house has hardwoods throughout, fireplace, one large master and three smaller bedrooms. Yard is fenced and very large, which is wonderful for pets. There is a little garden box set up, perfect for growing fruits and veggies. There is an attached garage and room on the side of the house for any toys. The driveway is extra deep and double wide, so there is sufficient parking available. It is a very quiet neighborhood, no through street, with wonderful neighbors. Parks are close too. Pets welcome I require credit and background check. Serious inquiries only. Must have previous rental or ownership history along with a list of references. Out of respect for the current residents we will not have any viewings prior to their leaving in mid July.
