    Come see this unique piece of property just outside of Douglass located in Cowley County. This almost 40 acres is shaped like an L and has 11 acres that was previously zoned CRP on the back side of the property. Large pond right in front of the CRP area makes great hunting ground. The property has many outbuildings on it as well as a couple of houses but they are all in need of repair.
