The balcony is off the living room in this unit and is located on the top floor. Two flights of stairs required for access into the unit, no elevator present. This unit is available starting on November 15th through May 15th of 2022. While most utilities are included in this rental please note that electricity is billed to you separately. If you would like to move forward with this rental we would need to confirm that you do not have any pets and that you understand our accommodations are non smoking. Housekeeping will fully inspect this unit prior to your arrival and at a scheduled time prior to your departure.
