We are a hotel and units beside, below, and above you may be occupied at times which may result in increased noise levels. Our quiet time hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. The Town of Wells restricts stays longer than 28 consecutive nights; therefore, you must plan to check out at the main office and renew your keys every 28 days. A minimum two-month rental is required to qualify for this rate. Rent is due in full each month, no partial payments will be accepted. Sublets are not permitted, and early lease termination will be charged in full. You may not register this address as your permanent address, you cannot register a car using this address, you cannot have a school aged child residing in your rental. Lastly you should have a PO Box for your household mail to be delivered to. Packages may be shipped to this address.
