Our home is a nice two story home with spacious rooms, a large front porch to relax on, and plenty of property to garden or raise animals. The yard area is 1 acre and the pasture is 7 acres fenced with 5 strand barbed wire. There are two gated entrances to the pasture on each side of the property. The barn is 36'x52' with 3 large stalls, tack room and large loft area. There is a small pond near the barn. We have an electric dog fence installed completely around the property. There is a large garden spot and fruit trees (plum, apple, cherry). There are lots of trees (magnolia, maple, dogwood, etc.) and flowers (roses, lilies, etc.). There is a small shed at the back of the yard for storage. The driveway, sidewalk and back patio are concrete. The deck on the back was built about two years ago. The rails on the porch were repainted last summer. The house has good storage. There is a walk in attic upstairs in the house and there is pull down access to the attic in the garage. The automatic garage door was replaced last year.
