Alright then.... Let's start with the less positive aspects so I don't waste Your time. Hauser is a busy street... To combat that aspect. I have 20 foot high hedges and sliding gate. The Original house was built in the 1920's. I added a second story 10 years ago. Built to the latest Codes. Massive foundations. Insulation. Dual pained windows. You get the idea. There is no garden to speak of...On the plus side. You could park 8 Smart Cars or 4 Prius'. Or an Escalade and a Prius. I think the Pictures speak for themselves. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher ect... No low end appliances. Anything else... Feel free to ask I pay Water, Gas and Trash. You pay for electrical.
