The property has great wildlife habitat as there is plenty of cover and great water sources on the property. The timber is a good mix of think cover with several good mast trees scattered throughout. This would make a great place to live or simply a nice getaway as it is only a little over an hour from both Lexington, Kentucky and Cincinnati, OH.
