No smoking, No pets, change furnace filters monthly- filters provided by owner. Prior approval needed for any additional people at stay in home for greater than 2 weeks. Painting of Interior walls allowed if approved by owners prior to painting. If the approved color is not white, renter will be responsible to paint walls white before end of lease or the cost of painting will be deducted from deposit. Wood trim, cabinets, doors, floors cannot be painted.
