The space This is a mill cottage built in 1905. It has hardwood floors throughout, ten-foot ceilings, a front porch, side patio, and back yard. Central air and heat are controlled via a smart thermostat. Wifi is provided. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has a queen. The main bedroom has a standard frame/box spring/mattress setup, while the second bedroom has a Murphy bed with a Serta mattress. The stove and heat are both powered by gas. There is one full bath with a shower and tub, and a beautiful outdoor shower. The house comes fully furnished with everything you need to move in.
