This incredible location means we barely have to drive anywhere when we're home but parking is included for your cars as well! Fremont is also ideally situated to Highway 99 which will allow you to bypass much of the Seattle traffic if you want to go downtown, go to a baseball or football game or commute to South Lake Union. The University of Washington is a mile and a half away on city roads allowing you to bypass traffic as well. Fremont is also close to Ballard's vibrant nightlife and culinary scene and we're within walking distance to the extensive dining and entertaining scene of the Fremont neighborhood as well.
