The space is a standalone casita, behind our own home with its own entrance and parking spot. It's an open floor plan with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, private bathroom. Private outdoor porch with a fireplace and propane grill. Electricity is billed separately. Wi-Fi, trash, water, and sewer are included in rent. Access the apartment through a side security gate with a digital keypad. You will rarely see the homeowner. This is meant to be a short to medium length rental (1-6 months). Longer length leases will be considered. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and internet. Tenant pays electricity, which is metered separately, but does not receive an individual bill. All utilities are currently connected; tenant will not need to activate or turn on anything. This is a furnished unit that includes a washer and dryer.
