Neighbors call us if they think there is suspicious activity, and we all know our neighbor's names. People who move into Harbor acres almost never move out unless they move out of town. Florida real estate, in general and Sarasota in particular, and Harbor Acres especially has appreciated considerably and even in the recent downturn, Harbor Acres property values have stabilized at worst, and recently have begun to appreciate. It's difficult to imagine a better place in which to raise a family or settle.
