I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Terracina Apartments in Broomfield CO. The apartment is on the second floor and is 1 bed, 1 bath, 812 square feet, washer and dryer included with an epic L-shaped patio that overlooks open space (it does not face any apartments, which feels nice and private). Unit will be available starting anytime in May and the lease will end on October 21, 2022 with the option to renew at that time.
This apartment complex has an incredible pool, hot tub, workout facility, outdoor grills, and is close to tons of walking trails. This apartment complex is pet friendly with no breed restrictions or max pet limit (some pet fees apply).
I have just purchased a house and need to move out earlier than my lease end. The lease can be transferred into your name with the apartment complex and a small security deposit is required. I have occupied this apartment for the last year and a half and have really enjoyed living here. The apartment will be unfurnished.
Tenants are billed for rent ($1794), valet trash, the parking garage, and internet/cable so the monthly fee is usually right around $2060. You would be responsible for taking over Xcel Energy as well which is paid separately and usually runs about $30-$40 per month. These apartments are presently listed online starting at $1849 so this is a bit of a deal on their normal pricing. If you would like to renew the lease after October, 2022 you will be eligible for the tenant renewal prices rather than the market price for the apartment at that time.
