We are moving to Denver and our leases overlap a month, so we are looking for someone to take over the last month of the lease! It is available April 21st and the lease would end May 21st. If you move in after April 21st, the rent would be prorated, but move out is at noon on May 21st. Unless you decide to stay in the apartment longer, I'm which case you would get our renewal rate rather than what the apartments are going for right now. Rent does not include utilities or parking. With everything we usually end up paying around $1,750. The apartment will come unfurnished. There is a $1,000 security deposit that Terracina will refund you at the end of the lease.
