The only shared space is off of the stairwell where the washer/dryer is located. Guest access You'll have your own parking space, private entrance down a path to the right of the house around back to the unit, and a locked door between you and our unit above. Free street parking also available out front. Other things to note We have a fully fenced backyard and are open to well-behaved pets with a small extra cleaning fee - please inquire.
