Backup generator provides heat, hot water, Wi-Fi, and lights during power outages. The kitchen is shared with another guest. We live onsite and are happy to help. Lease term: Prefer 6 months lease but negotiable. 2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM to respect all guests. 3. Shoes (recommended): Tenants are kindly asked to remove shoes indoors whenever possible to help maintain cleanliness. 4. Private areas: Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom (including the toilet) on a weekly basis. 5. Common areas: We will clean the common area every weekend. An automatic vacuum cleans the common area floors daily at 2:00 PM. Tenants may leave their bedroom door open at that time if they wish to have their bedroom floor cleaned as well. 6. Kitchen: Kitchen is shared. Please keep it tidy and use the designated kitchen cabinet assigned to your room for dishes and cups. If you need more, please let us know. 7. No smoking or substances: No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property. 8. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. 9. Outdoor amenities: Guests are welcome to use the playground and fire pit responsibly. 10. Pets: You may meet our friendly dog in the backyard please treat her gently. 11. Backup generator: The generator operates automatically during power outages. For safety reasons, guests should not access or attempt to operate it.
