I will not be able to show the apartment myself because I am now living in Montrose, CO (5-6 hr drive) after accepting a new job. There are no problems that I know of with the apartment but there are still a few nails in the walls and scuffs on the paint since I just moved out. I have cleaned the apartment but because of the wear and tear from living there for a little more than a year I WILL NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. Any significant damage after moving in will still be the responsibility of the subleasee per the sublease agreement that will be required. The rent will be $1494/month without utilities (which includes mandatory $45 garage fee and $50 pet rent, which can be removed by the Terracina staff if you have no pets). This rate is a bargain since the rates in this area skyrocketed just after I renewed this lease. This place would normally go for about $1750/mo if leasing straight from Terracina. All utilities except electric (about $100 month) will be paid the same way as rent through Resident Billing Services. The Terracina staff will set you up with your own account so no money will come to me.
