Room 1 is large (16'4" x 12'7" with 11' vaulted ceilings), light-filled and full of character with exposed brick. Good-sized closet. Full-sized bed (currently shown with single bed). Grand piano could stay if music or musically-inclined renters. Room 2 is 9'10" x 7'9" with a single bed (current photo shows full-sized bed). Nice natural light and industrial clothing rack. Desk will be added. Room 3 is 11'4" x 10'3" with queen-sized bed and desk. Two bright windows and closet. $3750/month rent. $250/month to cover utilities (water, electricity and A/C, internet). House will be cleaned once a week at time agreed with owner. Available Sunday June 29 through August 29. Earlier arrival may be possible upon request and for additional cost. *Note: photos will be updated May 5 with couch and Peloton removed from room 1. No smoking permitted.
