The correct location for some reason is not pulling up on the Zillow map. Room for rent. The kitchen and living room will be a shared space. Bedroom 2 will be the room that is for rent. I will be living there as well, on the other side of the house. Room for rent is 9ft x 14.8ft -No smoking/vaping inside and outside within 10ft. of the house. -Lease month to month until we are comfortable with a longer lease period, renewals -Yard work is not your responsibility, no cluttering outside the house. -Pets are welcome under certain circumstances. -I can send over the full lease for review.
