That top part was the leasing offices description of the property. All of that stuff is true. I've lived here for a little under a year and don't have any regrets. It's a quiet area that has plenty of space for me and my dog. The complex has its own dog park with another much larger dog park that is a five minute walk away.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease before I move for work. The only bill you will be responsible for will be the $1,400 rent while you are subletting. Every other bill and fee will be covered by me. The actual rent is a little higher but I desperately need someone in the apartment. No deposit will be required from you. The lease ends on July 14, 2021. Any occupancy after that will have to be made through the leasing officer where you will sign your own independent lease with them. Signing a new lease lease after July 14, 2021 will increase the rent over the $1,400 because it will now include all the utilities. You can discuss that with the leasing office when the time comes. Every occupant over 18 years of age will be required to do a background and credit check through the leasing office before the subletting can begin. You will be getting two spots inside the covered parking garage. Pets are more than welcome. My dog is a registered as an emotional support animal and that doesn't cost me any money for it to live here. This is a completely NONE smoking apartment complex. Hopefully I've made things clear.
