There is a $27 application fee in order to be approved by the apartment community, but by subleasing you will save $$ with administrative fees you'd have to pay with a new lease through them. The security deposit is $1,000 and I am open to a payment plan option if you are unable to pay prior to move-in. You would not have to pay another one with the apartment company, and you'd get the deposit I put in upon move-out Can be flexible with the move in date(to an extent), Utilities are billed separately based on usage, you are responsible for Excel. Applicants can qualify with a job offer letter, or the last two pay stubs that would reflect making 3x the rent with both of them combined. You wouldn't need to pay the last months rent up front. Prorated rent amount for an August 15th move in date: If you don't get parking, it would be $931.70 for the prorated amount, and if you got the reserved parking garage it would be $983.79 for August's rent. The lease goes until December 7th but there's an option to extend/renew it.
