The Unit is part of our house, but is completely private with locks and includes WIFI, 48 in smart TV, mini gym, and mini-fridge, 2 closets, and fold-out futon - all in a separate space. My husband and I have our own bedroom/ bathroom downstairs. The kitchen, LG washer and dryer, living room area, and downstairs patio + grill are all shared spaces you will have full access to. The room is available furnished or not furnished on a month-to-month signed lease up to 1- year. $1000/ mo and $600 Security deposit - lease is required. No large animals, smoking only outside. Will need to show proof of income. This is a month-to-month lease with a maximum renewal of 12-months.
